PINOT
Made in the style of Orange wine or Rosé by macerating with the Pinot Gris grape skins, giving it a copper rose gold tint. An off-dry pyment made by combining clover and wild flower honey with Pinot Gris grapes. A bouquet of pineapple and peach on the nose. Fresh and clean drinking with hints of citrus on the palate.

CHERRY & HIBISCUS
An off-dry mead made with clover & wildflower honey and hand picked, Alberta grown Juliet & Valentine cherries. It is then infused with organic Egyptian hibiscus tea managed with French oak. Crafted in the style of red wine with flavours of cherry candy, spice, vanilla and fresh hibiscus.

SPIRITED BLACKBERRY
A port style mead made by fermenting whole blackberries with wildflower & clover honey We then fortified it with custom distilled brandy from a batch of blackberry mead. Semi-sweet and tart with soft tannin. Aromatic notes of blackberry tea, sour cherry, tobacco and orange peel. Serve room temperature in a port glass as an aperitif or sipping wine.
